Chiropractic Care

Most often chiropractic can be associated with the spinal adjustment. The root of the word, however, means “by the hand,” which is more than an adjustment and exactly what you get at Aria Health and Wellness. Unique and specifically tailored programs are designed to meet your individual needs, helping you achieve your health care goals.

What We Offer

Our approach to chiropractic care combines proper spinal/structural alignment, reduced muscle imbalances and correct biomechanics to resolve the root cause of your health issue, not just the symptoms of pain. Our qualified practitioners start with a detailed examination to create a plan specifically tailored to your needs and goals.

What We Use

We’re trained in a diverse range of chiropractic techniques and soft tissue treatment modalities. Some of those we commonly use include:

  • Chiropractic Biophysics®
  • Manual adjustments
  • Activator Methods® instrument adjusting
  • Active Release Techniques®
  • ArthroStim® instrument adjusting
  • Drop Table
  • Graston Technique
  • Spinal decompression therapy
  • Torque Release Technique® instrument adjusting
  • Rocktape Kinesiology Taping

If you’re used to a particular form of treatment, please let us know, and we may be able to accommodate you.

Spinal Decompression Therapy

Treat your neck or back pain with a nonsurgical, proven therapy that helps bulging, herniated or degenerated discs, joint problems and arthritis. Even postsurgical patients or those suffering from stenosis can find pain relief thanks to spinal decompression therapy.

Active Release Techniques (ART®)

This approach to treating soft tissue injury is noninvasive and state-of-the-art. It treats issues involving the tendons, muscles, fascia, ligaments and nerves. With hands-on contact, scar tissue and adhesions that have built up from injury and muscular stress can be released. ART involves over 500 precise techniques to treat every area of the body.

Graston Technique

Our chiropractors use Graston Technique to mobilize soft tissues with a set of stainless steel tools. Scar tissue and abnormal soft tissue glide can be identified and treated with this method. It addresses ailments such as ligament sprains or muscle strains.
